I’m following up recent announcements on IEBLOG Internet Explorer 8 and Acid2: A Milestone. To my surprise, the Web Standard Groups ACID2 Test Page doesn’t conform to W3C CSS Validation.

Update: Just got ping from chaoskaizer. She said the CSS ERROR is part of the Web Standards Test Suit.

This news got digg 2 days ago. The annoucement doesn’t confirm anything other than Comparing Products Names and Guessing games.

I’m pretty much dissapointed by Dean Hachamovitch announcement. all its says is bunch of names that wont matter much consider as crap.

The response by commenter’s on IE blog is much interesting ( & depressing ). Just hope IE8 wont introduce new property language (ie: css-expression, silverlight , cardspace … ) and bundle with legacy bugs .
